How to Redeem Toby Carvery Club Rewards
Every reward, from the welcome offer to a stamp-card prize, is claimed the same way. The step that catches people out is the last one: the code has to be live on your screen when you pay.
- Open the Toby Carvery app and log in before you order
- Go to your rewards wallet to see which vouchers are live and redeemable
- Order as normal, adding everything at the same time if the voucher requires it
- Show the live code to a team member before paying, or apply it in the app for click and collect and delivery
- The discount is taken off your bill and the voucher is marked as used
Live Code Inside the App: Why Screenshots Do Not Work
Rewards can only be claimed with a live code inside the app. Screenshots or scans of the code will not be accepted. This is a fraud-prevention rule, and Toby Carvery reserves the right to cancel a loyalty card entirely if it is suspected of being used fraudulently.
In practice, that means opening the app on the day, logging in, and showing the code from your rewards wallet while you are at the till. If you have no signal in the restaurant, open the app and load your wallet before you walk in.
Toby Carvery Club Rules and Exclusions
The stamp rewards have their own rules, separate from the welcome offer. These are the restrictions that catch people out most often.
Not valid on Sundays
Rewards cannot be redeemed on Sundays, and stamps cannot be collected on Sundays either.
No staff discount stacking
The free main voucher cannot be combined with any other offer, including employee discount, on the same visit.
Non-transferable
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, used as a cheque guarantee, or moved to someone else’s account.
Live app code only
Screenshots or scans of a code will not be accepted at the till.
Fraud policy
A loyalty card can be cancelled entirely if it is suspected of being used fraudulently.
Limited-time scheme
The Carvery Club runs for a limited period, with at least 30 days’ notice before it ends.
Is the Toby Carvery Club Worth Joining?
For most regular visitors, yes, because it is free and the welcome offer alone pays back straight away.
