Joining the Carvery Club is free, with no subscription or minimum spend. The welcome offer is 25% off the adult food bill, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.

How the Carvery Club Stamp Card Works
A five-stamp card rewards repeat visits. You can collect one stamp per calendar day, and stamps are not collected on Sundays.

How to Download and Start Using the Toby Carvery App
Setup takes a few minutes. Booking works up to 6 months ahead, and same-day bookings depend on availability, according to Toby Carvery’s FAQ.

8My stamps or rewards are not showing. What should I do?
Update the app to the latest version, log out and back in, and check you are signed in to the account that earned them. If they still do not appear, contact Toby Carvery or Mitchells and Butlers through their official contact channels. See the contact page.
9What if I forget my password?
Use the forgotten password option on the login screen and reset it by email. If the link expires, request a new one.
10Why can’t I find my restaurant in the app?
Check that location permission is switched on, or search by town or postcode. A closed restaurant may not appear.
11Does the app work for Sunday offers?
